Juiced Berry?

Juiced Berry!? Is it worth the price? Should I get it? Pinkiecharm on youtube, says it smells like Kool-aid or Jell-o, I don't remember which one.. but I like that scent! It's a perfect scent for my style!!!

Candy, baby?

Ahh! Now that I have money I want some sprays! Surprisingly not from Bath and Body Works :D I'm proud of myself. I do want some from Victoria's Secret, though :)
Just like my Appletini? post, I want to know what you all think of VS's Candy, Baby. I am also going to do a Juiced Berry post, asking for comments about that spray.

I really am into sweet scents and many people have told me that Candy, Baby supposedly smells like cotton candy. I'm a sucker for that ♥ :]

Thanks for all your help, and toodles! ♥A

Thanks, Grams!!

Hi!
Last night, I recieved a package from my lovely great-grandmother in New York! It was two checks for my brother and I, with $50.00 to spend!!!

I'm a big splurger but I might save this time. Anything worth buying that's not makeup-related? :]

Appletini?

Hi everyone(:

Today I'm debating on the subject of buying Victoria's Secret's Appletini. I really want a nice, crisp, green apple smell for the spring; which is peeking through the corner!!
I don't own an apple scent except for Winter Candy Apple and Fresh Market Apple; but that isn't a green apple smell. I hope Appletini doesn't smell like Fresh Market Apple because the scent made me sick after awhile. It started to reek of pineapple.

Appletini seems delicious and I'd like to try it in the Body Double Mist. Comment telling me all about it!

Talk to you girls later ;)

Holiday Traditions Review from Bath and Body Works: Winter Candy Apple!

Hi there! This is the third part of my Holiday Traditions review from Bath and Body Works! Enjoy... :)

First off, here are some links:

The Lotion = http://www.bathandbodyworks.com/product/index.jsp?productId=4298572
The Body Splash = http://bathandbodyph.com/wp-content/uploads/wpsc/product_images/m%20winter%20candy%20apple.jpg
The Shower Gel = http://www.bathandbodyshop.co.uk/ProductImages/1596/BIG/BIG/BIG/1596.jpg

The Scent - SO LOVELY! This is so fresh; but not Sea Island Cotton-fresh, it's more of a clean, just-got-out-of-the-shower scent. It's very shampoo-y. It smells wintry, and clean, with a sweet caramel apple smell. It has a candied orange scent, like the site says. Then the apple, just is the icing on the cake. Amazing.

The Quality - Very good! I have it in a shower gel, so the lasting power isn't very long. If you layer, it will last forever. [See Vanilla Bean Noel Review in "The Quality" section for info on layering].

Overall Emotion of the Scent - I love, love, love it. My second favorite scent in all of the Holiday Traditions collection.

According to Bath and Body Works; it is:

  • Our exclusive Winter Candy Apple is a mouthwatering blend of crisp apple, candied orange and rich cinnamon spice.

  • I'd have to agree ;)

Holiday Traditions Review from Bath and Body Works: Snowkissed Berry

    ♥ Hey darlings(:

Today is the second part of my Bath and Body Works' Holiday Traditions review! So it's about the scent Snowkissed Berry... Well, let's get right on it!

The Scent - Very nice. If you like berry scents, you'll get a kick out of this. Very smooth, it has the rich smell of snow in the undertone; which makes it different from any other berry scent. It isn't as harsh as Black Raspberry Vanilla; which I hated.

The Quality - The same as Vanilla Bean Noel.

Notes - Strong scent; one spray and it's very overpowering. Made me sneeze once! XD Top = cranberry, with a hint of amber. Mid = Pretty much the same as the Top Notes. Base = Sweet berries scent.

Overall Emotion of this Scent - Very good!!! I would even give to someone who hates berry scents (like me) because it's not all berries.

According to Bath and Body Works, it is:

  • Our exclusive Snowkissed Berry is a festive blend of juniper berry, sparkling cranberry, amber and white musk

  • Snowkissed Berry!

Holiday Traditions Review from Bath and Body Works: Vanilla Bean Noel

    Hello!
This will be in four parts! The first part is the Vanilla Bean Noel review. The second part is the Snowkissed Berry review. The third is the Winter Candy Apple review. Lastly, is the Twisted Peppermint review.
All of these scents are in the same collection which you can buy at Bath and Body Works. Body sprays retail for $12.00, as for lotions and shower gels: $10.50.

Click this link for a view of the Vanilla Bean Noel splash, lotion, and gel. --> http://www.bathandbodyworks.com/product/prodpop.jsp?LargeImageURL=http%3A//bbw.imageg.net/graphics/product_images/pBBW1-8185945dt.jpg&productId=4309309

The Scent - Very, very sweet. A little bit too sweet? The scent bores me; it's not very unique. Many stores have made a vanilla scent... and it's not something that surprises or catches my eye. Unlike the other three scents; I just don't have a good reaction to this. It doesn't surprise me. It smells like cookies and being near a warm fire; drinking a Vanilla Bean Creme from Starbucks. It's okay but not orignial.

The Quality - All of the Holiday Traditions' scents have the same quality... They last for the same time and are quite long-lasting. They last for (maximum) an hour and a half, according to how much product you apply. If you layer scents; which I will explain in a How To Layer post; it will last for a very long time.

Notes - These are not the website's notes; these are my own. Top = sugar cookies, vanilla, and white musk (by this I meant a very light musky scent; almost like a spice). Mid = vanilla, vanilla bean, and something floral... but it's very, very very light. Base = Hardcore vanilla.

Overall Emotion of this Scent - I don't like it. My favorite scents are the sweet ones but this  is way too sweet. If you are the person that is all about vanilla; and won't go for anything else; go for it!

    All About Tart Warmers!

    Hey girls,

I feel like I'm a slacker... not posting enough... no? :) Hopefully not, because I am going to try and be the best blogger money can't buy :P

Okay so today, I'm obviously talking about tart warmers. What is that? Basically, tarts are mini candles with no wick. They come in different scents. You can buy them at Yankee Candle for $1.99. You put them in the tart warmer and light an unscented tealight under it.     The flame will heat the tart; and it will fill up the room with the beautiful smell. There are also electrical tart warmers; that don't need a flame... but they need to be plugged in.
Then, it will heat up the tart that way. The tart warmers come in many different colors and patterns.

    The Brown Dress :)

    Here it is!
    Urban Ruffled Brown Dress
This dress has a touch of floral embroidery but let's try to picture it without the flowers. Match it with the necklace. Does it fit well? Does it have a flair? Yes! Even if this isn't your style, it matches very well. If you have a brown dress and a green necklace; put them on and strut your stuff. Good shoes for this outfit would be gold flip-flops, or gold flats. You can wear brown boots, too, if it is cold. Adding red tights would match the embroidery... although if you don't have the flowers; you could wear some normal black tights.

    Greens and Browns

Hi! This is my first post but not my first blog.  My name is Ashley, and today I'm talking about greens and browns. Not camouflage, more like: do brown outfits go with green accesories or do green outfits go with brown accesories? Do they combine well? Lets see...

    Beautiful Emerald Necklace :)
Next post I will show you a brown dress. :D
