My New Diet (Not for Weight, for Abs :P)

Hi you guys!(:
Disclaimer: I am not a self-conscious girl who will soon be anorexic. I just want some abs, some muscle :) Is there anything wrong with that? No!

Also, I eat a ton of junk food, and that needs to stop! I'm going on a "diet", not necessarily, let me just explain my routine from now on.

  • Sit in straddle position while watching TV
  • During commercials, do sit-ups/crunches
  • 2 push-ups a day -- add 2 more the next day (should total up to 60 by the end of the month)
  • 30 minutes on the treadmill
  • Run outside 6 times around the loop of street (it's starting to get warm here! )
  • Drink water and Izze's (sparkling juice that's good for you)
  • At least one veggie/fruit a day
  • Watch fitness videos on YT
  • NO chips, candies (one a month), cake (unless it's a birthday party), pizza, soda (I don't drink it anyways), and anything else unhealthy. There are small exceptions
  • Practice volleyball or soccer (sports I play) for 30 minutes a day, unless I have practice with my team/at a camp that day
  • 13 mountain climbers (my lucky #)
  • Lastly, Workout DVDs from Jillian! I am asking for these for my birthday, so this won't start until then!
